Paper Transprint
USA manufactures transfer printing paper primarily for printing Polyester, Polyester rich
substrates and certain other synthetic fibers. This process is called Sublimation. Both
the substrate and the transfer printing paper are exposed to a predetermined heat and
dwell time. During this process the inks transfer in a vapour state to bond within the
modified molecular structure of the substrate.

Transfer printing can be applied to an enormous range of substrates and Transprint USA
is actively searching new avenues for this technology. This printing method is currently
used on woven and knitted fabrics, non wovens, plastics and coated metals.The advantages of this technology
are numerous and relate to quality of print, simplicity of application, inventory control
and environmental friendliness. Finer designs can be printed onto paper than can be
printed directly onto fabric or other substrates. The use of helio gravure cylinders means
that fewer printing cylinders are needed to produce more tonal values.

calenders are simple, safe and compact machines which are usually self-contained
units.
The transfer process requires minimum operator skills and normally no more than one or two
operators per unit. |

Transprint USA supply paper on continuous rolls up to 3,000 meters. The client can
print to order, as little as 10 meters from a roll, therrefore avoiding the inventory of
unsold printed goods. This advantage creates extraordinary economies in stock control and
value. |

Transeeze™ is a release paper product destined for the printing of
